Our goal is to be the epicentre of knowledge exchange and academic-policy engagement in the region. The Centre for the South is building bridges and using equitable approaches to stimulate cross-sector collaboration. We are mobilising knowledge and using evidence to drive more informed place-based decision-making to address the region’s most pressing challenges.
The CftS marks a bold step towards realising the University of Southampton’s aspiration of becoming a true civic partner along the South coast.
